If you are at a school, it is likely that your school blocks Please contact your administration and ask them to unblock embedded Vimeo videos. This will allow your school to view lessons and other videos on while still keeping students from visiting

Please have your IT department follow these steps to unblock embedded Vimeo videos:

I Can’t Find My Certificate

You may find a record of your course progress, including certificates for completed courses on your profile page. You obtain a certificate upon passing every quiz in a course, so make sure you have watched each lesson and passed each quiz. A passing score is considered one of 80% or above. Some courses only have two lessons while others have up to eight. Clicking the down arrow next each course name on your profile page will reveal a progress bar you can use to check how many quizzes you have completed. If you’re unsure how to find additional lessons in a course on the main course page, hover the cursor over the lessons 1 or 4 thumbnails, you will see an arrow that will show more of the course lessons.

How Do I Delete My Account?

You may delete your account along with all related information, including your quiz results on the profile page. Please be aware that once erased, your account data will not be able to be restored. Additionally, you will no longer be able to access many sections of the website without creating a new account.
